• Character Name: Alternate Future Dave / Davesprite
• Series: Homestuck
• Brief Biography: In most ways, Davesprite is Dave. Dave from the Doomed Timeline. Their timeline split from the Alpha Timeline after Terezi tricked John into being killed by the Denizen, resulting in a loss of contact with the Trolls’ Incipisphere while Jade was presumed dead. Since neither completely understood the temporal mechanics at work, Dave and Rose assumed that the trolls achieved their goal to sabotage their session and felt they had no reason to continue trolling them. 

  The Land of Heat and Clockwork.

  Four months went by and with only Dave and Rose left, the game was unwinnable. Though with months to work with, Dave managed to alchemize quite a bit of advanced gear. This included the Timetables and Caledscratch. He was high on the echeladder and was able to defeat any enemies in style.

  Dave learned as much as possible about the game, using his Timetables to travel back in time right before he prototyped his Sprite for the second time. Upon arriving in the alpha timeline, Dave stopped John from skipping ahead to the Seventh Gate, ensuring John’s survival. Soon after, he prevented Alpha Dave from prototyping Lil Cal with the Rambunctious Crow. Instead he handed his inventory over to Alpha Dave and prototyped himself with the Sprite.
